You will become part of the IT Service Desk Team which is the central point of contact for the users in MAN Diesel & Turbo.

 

The team currently consists of dedicated people located in Germany, Denmark and in India.

 

For our team located in Copenhagen, we have an open position as service desk agent.

 

You will be part of an international team of highly skilled and knowledge sharing colleagues solving many different assignments with others and on your own, but always with a helping hand if needed.

 

 

The tasks within your new job is:

  • Provide 1st and 2nd level support to MDT’s users globally
  • Actively contribute to the maintenance of the knowledge base in our ITSM tool
  • Participate in the round robin work schedule aiming at providing IT SPOC during CET workhours
  • Maintain the round robin schedule for the Copenhagen based team
  • Act as a focal point for the Danish IT Service Desk Team

 

 

Your experience and background:

  • IT Service Desk Experience (or similar)
  • People handling experience
  • Danish, German, and English – spoken and written
  • ITSM Tools acquainted (example HP Service Center)
  • ITIL foundation

 

You are a team player, and you possess a good sense of humour, as the team that you will be joining is signified by having a frank tone of speech and expect good team spirit from their colleagues.

 

You are comfortable with expressing yourself in writing, as reporting and documentation is an important part of our daily work.

 

You’re service oriented, a self starter, and solution oriented.

We use English as our primary intercompany communication language, thus mastering this in speech and writing is a must.German is required in order that we can support our German colleagues.
